How we Work?
Setup & Onboarding
We get to know your business and staff structure, set up your payroll, enroll all staff, set up awards, an enterprise agreement, and employment contracts.
Regular Pay Runs
We receive your staff time sheets/attendance, run your payroll, and calculate all your staff’s allowances and deductions.
Review & Verification
We check all your payroll before each pay run to ensure the accuracy of all your staff’s pay.
Payment Processing
We assist you in the ABA file and bank setup so you can view and make payments. Your staff gets paid via direct deposit. Payday Super is paid and reported to super funds and the ATO. We also track your PAYG withholding for BAS & IAS.
STP Lodgement
We lodge your single touch payroll with the ATO for each pay run, including wages, tax, and super contributions.
Reporting & Record-Keeping

Long Service Leave accrues according to individual state requirements. The employee can access their current leave entitlements. We calculate leave loading for Annual Leave.
